From the beginning, this project presented a challenge with its steep 45-degree pitch and concrete tiles.
Hall Gr Re-Roof & Butynol Install!
We were approached by this client to re-roof their property urgently as they had multiple leaks though out the property. We removed the old tin flashing over the smaller roof at the back door with new h3.1 treated ply and new facing boards then installed 1.5mm black butyonl to ensure there is no further leaks.
