Roof Renovation & Liquid Membrane Application

The client approached us due to a loud noise coming from her roof during windy conditions, accompanied by some guttering that had been blown off. Upon inspection, we promptly identified that the fixings on her roof had started to lift, causing the roofing iron to bang against the roof. To resolve the issue, we replaced all the fixings, installed scaffolding to replace a 10-meter section of guttering, applied a liquid membrane to the bay windows, and gave the entire job three coats of paint. With the task successfully completed, the client can now rest peacefully knowing that everything has been taken care of.
